Arturo and Bob Hursthouse’s relationship was forged nearly 30 years ago. Actually, Arturo has one week of seniority over Bob in the green industry! A highly experienced craftsman and artisan, Arturo is a master at constructing properly built landscapes.

Bob and Arturo met while working for a west suburban landscape firm. When Bob struck out on his own, Arturo followed, bringing Bob’s landscape designs to life. He has been a Hursthouse team member since the company’s inception. In addition to managing projects, overseeing design interpretation, and interacting with clients on site, Arturo has taught and/or mentored most of the crew members.

Arturo and his wife, four daughters, and one granddaughter, live in Chicago. His passion for building things continues at home where he enjoys constructing additions to his home.
